Annual Fundraiser / Yard Sale

This Saturday, June 12th, the Knox County Historical Society will have its annual fundraiser by participating in the City-Wide Yard Sale in Edina. It will be held at the Kelley House Museum on Lafayette Street (Highway 6). Lots of interesting items have been donated to sell. Don’t miss it!

Museum Is Open, May 29th

The Knox County Historical Society eagerly announces that its Kelley House Museum will be open on Saturday, May 29th, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. It is located at 408 E. Lafayette Street in Edina, Missouri. Please feel free to drop by. There are no entrance fees; however donations are graciously accepted!


The next meeting of the Knox County Historical Society will be held April 20, 2021, at 7 p.m. in The Edina Sentinel office located at 207 N. Main Street in Edina. An informative program will be presented regarding the historic records held at the Sentinel office.

State Historical Society of Missouri Launches the Missouri Encyclopedia

The State Historical Society of Missouri launched the Missouri Encyclopedia, a freely accessible, engaging, and authoritative resource to assist in understanding Missouri’s past and people.
